Here is my forth week action plan which will structure what I will produce within the forth week of the set time period.

For week 4, we will complete:



We will do individually:

• Plan a questionnaire and ask the public
  - I will create a questionnaire and ask people fate to face
  - Chloe will create an online survey
  -Nicola will create a questionnaire via the social networking site, Tumblr
• Institution regulation
• Findings
  - I will find sound effects e.g. heart beating, heavy breathing
  - Chloe will look at costume ideas
  - Nicola will create a 'hazard sign' prop.

We will do together:

• Pitch proposal which will be due on Wednesday. We will make a script and slide show to go with this.
